Receive email request to post agenda




Three resources needed:
- Folder containing the agenda postings
- Web page with agendas posted in editor
- Web page with agendas posted in browser



Open all three resources




Create folder named with agenda date

 

Copy all emailed documents into folder



Rename agenda Word document to 'agenda.docx'




Open and save agenda document as HTML Web Page



Link attachments provided to each matching agenda item



For the first item:
- select Target Frame as New Window
- check option "[X]Set as default for all hyperlinks"



Repeat for all items and save




In page editor, add agenda to postings



In web browser, verify posting
